栾晓嵘，女，1969年出生，中共党员；1991年毕业于原山东医科大学护理系； 2004年获得医学硕士学位，2018年获得医学博士学位。 工作后先后在普外科、重症医学科、心内科工作，任科护士长；2012年担任山东大学齐鲁医院护理部主任，2020年担任医院感染管理处处长。
