学习与工作经历：

1984年毕业于山东医学院，获医学学士学位；1987年毕业于山东医科大学，获医学硕士学位；2002年毕业于山东大学，获医学博士学位。  1994-1995年为英国Paterson肿瘤研究所访问学者，2000年任山东省医学科学院研究员。2002年被聘为山东大学教授，2003年被聘为博士生导师。2020年至今任山东大学附属医院院长。

研究方向：

主要从事临床免疫学和疾病相关基因领域研究，方向为感染与自身免疫病、免疫系统衰老及相关疾病、生殖免疫以及医药生物技术。

学术/社会兼职：

兼任中国免疫学会理事，山东省免疫学会副理事长，山东省医学会罕见病分会副主任委员，山东省医药生物技术学会副理事长，山东省临床细胞分析学副主任委员，山东省生物化学与分子生物学学会常务理事

获奖荣誉：

获得国家科技进步二等奖、山东省科技进步一等奖、山东省自然科学一等奖、中华医学科技奖二等奖和山东省自然科学奖三等奖各1项。
