研究方向：

主要从事活性先导化合物和潜在药物靶标发现研究，包括：1）靶向先导化合物筛选；2）干细胞生物学特性的分子调控机制；3）造血微生态调控和相关疾病的致病机理研究，发掘和确证新药物靶标；4）基于干细胞来源外泌体的药物药理研究。

学术/社会兼职：
