2006.10 至今 山东大学第二医院 整形烧伤外科和急诊医学中心 科主任，教研室主任，党支部书记，教授（二级），博士生导师

研究方向：

主要从事创烧伤修复和皮肤组织工程方向的研究：⑴胎儿真皮间充质干细胞在皮肤组织修复、再生和抗衰老中的作用；⑵组织工程材料及（变性）脱细胞真皮基质在烧伤创面修复中基础研究和应用；⑶间充质干细胞抑制瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞生物学活性的研究；⑷急慢性创面分级管理、诊疗和专科培训。
